Job Description
This role involves conducting quality control activities for incoming materials, in-process components, and final products. The inspector ensures compliance with technical documentation and control plans, using various measuring and testing tools. Responsibilities include classifying parts, documenting quantities, controlling warehouse items before delivery, managing calibration needs, verifying supplier certificates, preparing client quality documents, and participating in QRQC platforms as required.

Must Have:
- Conduct activities of incoming, in-process and final control of materials, parts, assemblies and products.
- Perform quality control in accordance with technical documentation and control plans.
- Use standard and special measuring, control and test means.
- Classify parts into good, bad and parts for finishing-repair.
- Make daily records of accepted or rejected quantity of materials, parts and products.
- Control positions of the warehouse for semi-finished products and finished goods before delivery.
- Timely inform about the need for internal or external calibration of measuring and control tools.
- Control certificates obtained from a supplier.
- Prepare quality declarations and documents to the client.
- Record non-compliance with Suppliers and incurred costs for them in WIM-S.
- Minimum requirement: Mechanical technician or similar.
- Macedonian language is a must.
Position Summary:
Conducts activities of incoming, in process and final control of materials, parts, assemblies and products.
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs quality control in accordance with the regulations of the technical documentation and control plans. It uses standard and special measuring, control and test means, defined in the documentation and takes care of their correctness.
- Performs the control during the production of the series or after its completion, at his workplace or on the principle of "pilot control".
- After the inspection, the parts are classified into good, bad and parts for finishing-repair. The parts for finishing are marked with "Accompanying card for finishing-repair", the defective parts are placed in a specially marked space.
- Makes daily records of the application or rejected quantity of materials, parts and products and hands it over to the superior.
- Controls the positions of the warehouse for semi-finished products and the warehouse for finished goods, before their delivery to the customers, taking into account the way of packaging.
- Timely informs about the need for internal or external calibration of the measuring and control tools.
- Controls the certificates obtained from a supplier
- Prepares quality declarations and documents to the client.
- Recording of non-compliance with Suppliers as well as incurred costs for them in WIM-S.
- Participates in QRQC - Production, QRQC - Supplier platforms when needed.
- Performs other tasks that will be delegated to him by the direct superior.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: Mechanical technician or similar.
Macedonian language is a must.
Advantage – Quality related certificates, VT, PT.
