Job Description

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their team. The role involves screening databases for prospecting relevant contacts such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using various sources like client websites, internet, and LinkedIn. The executive will communicate with potential prospects via phone, brief them on products, and schedule meetings for Sales Associates. The target is to fix 6-7 meetings daily by making 60-70 calls and achieve closure value targets quarterly. The role requires client handling experience, excellent communication, and telephonic probing skills. Responsibilities include client engagement activities and maintaining call status reports.
Must have:
  • Graduate degree
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience fixing meetings with C-level executives
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
Good to have:
  • Experience in cracking meetings via calling clients
  • Excellent telephonic probing skills
  • Client handling experience

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

  • Screening database received from pre-sales team for prospecting relevant contacts i.e., Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads, etc., through various sources like client websites, internet, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Speaking with these potential prospects over the phone, briefing them on products & setting up meetings for respective Sales Associates.
  • Fixing up 6- 7 meetings every day by making minimum 60-70 calls per day. Achieving the closure value target set for each month.
  • The role is incentivized basis closure value targets achieved per Quarter.
  • Experience in cracking meetings via calling the clients primarily large corporates/SME.
  • Client handling experience and excellent communication & telephonic probing skills.
  • Fixing meetings with relevant contacts mentioned above.
  • Collated call status/MIS to be sent to the team every evening capturing clients called & new companies added to the database, calling sheet to sales associates to be shared daily in the prescribed format.
  • Client engagement activities - activation of DRS/ ERS product seals through online portal.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience into daily support to the business development team in fixing meetings by speaking to C level executives
  • Good communication skills mandatory
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
