Must Have:
- Perform manual data entry and maintenance based on provided updates.
- Collect data for business research purposes.
- Prepare D&B reports and conduct thorough reporting.
- Conduct telephone interviews with researched companies.
- Ensure data quality by identifying and screening data anomalies, including company data verification and financials.
- Identify and detect application errors.
- Suggest new ways to improve the quality of data entry processes.
- Interact with our Worldwide Network D&B partners.
- Collaborate with various teams across the company.
- An economics background in education is a must.
- Knowledge of basic business terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical reasoning skills.
- Comfortable with detailed, administrative, and sometimes repetitive work.
- Fluent Bosnian speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.
