Must Have
- Graduate/post-graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in business development
- Experience in cracking sales closures primarily in the small & mid-corporate segment
- Good excel hygiene is mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Drive new customer acquisition within assigned territories
- Screen databases to identify relevant decision-makers
- Engage potential prospects via phone, provide product briefings, and schedule meetings
- Maintain daily efficiency by making a minimum of 60–70 calls per day
- Demonstrated ability to close sales through telephonic engagement
- Strong experience in customer acquisition, with excellent communication and probing skills over the phone
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports
- Submit daily reports capturing all sales activities
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle support

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition within assigned territories.
- Screen databases provided by the pre-sales team to identify relevant decision-makers (Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, Business Heads) using sources such as client websites, internet research, and LinkedIn.
- Engage potential prospects via phone, provide product briefings, and schedule periodic meetings.
- Maintain daily efficiency by making a minimum of 60–70 calls per day.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales through telephonic engagement, primarily in the MSME segment.
- Strong experience in customer acquisition, with excellent communication and probing skills over the phone.
- Prepare and share daily MIS reports, including call status, clients contacted, and new companies added to the database. Ensure calling sheets are shared with sales associates in the prescribed format.
- Submit daily reports capturing all sales activities.
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle support (from order entry to dispatch, excluding document collection).
