This role involves leading structured follow-up and support calls with prospective automotive customers, representing a premium brand, identifying customer concerns, reinforcing brand value, and collecting insights for retailer sales teams. The representative will manage both follow-up and offer-related calls, ensuring all interactions meet quality standards and brand positioning. The position requires proficiency in Italian and English, customer service or sales experience, and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
Must Have
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls
- Ensure all customer interactions align with quality standards and premium positioning
- Bilingual or proficient in Italian and English
- Hold a high school diploma (minimum)
- Bring experience in customer service or sales
- Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive-level or high-end clientele
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
- Structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics
- Comfortable following a detailed, scripted call approach and submitting written reports

- Preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies
- Ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors experience

As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will:
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
