Job Summary
The Producer is a project manager and the leader of Ketchapp's internal production studio. They manage associate producers and lead roles to deliver quality and high-performing games. Reporting to the Games Director, they ensure the smooth execution of hybridcasual mobile game projects from initial concept to live operations, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and aligning editorial vision with production.

Job Description
The Producer is both a project manager and the leader of Ketchapp's internal production studio. As such, they manage associate producers as well as lead roles with the objective of delivering quality and high-performing games to the market.
Under the direct responsibility of the Games Director, they are responsible for the proper conduct of hybridcasual mobile game projects, from their initial conception to their exploitation in live ops.
They ensure the coordination of a multidisciplinary team and ensure alignment between the editorial vision and production.
Main Responsibilities
- Pilot the complete game production cycle, from initial ideation to launch, including testing phases, then live ops monitoring.
- Manage, organize, and motivate a multidisciplinary production team supervised by lead roles (Associate Producers, Game Designers, Game Artists, Gameplay Programmers).
- Guarantee the proper organization of production processes:
- Ideation and concept selection,
- Prototype development,
- Management and monitoring of UA test campaigns (Meta, Unity, Google Ads, etc.),
- Analysis and improvement of KPIs (CPI, CVR, retention, playtime, ASO…),
- Preparation and monitoring of the game launch strategy on different stores,
- Monitoring of operations on live games allocated to internal production,
- Ensure compliance with schedules, quality of deliverables, and consistency with Ketchapp's editorial strategy.
- Provide daily operational support to the team: facilitate collaboration, remove obstacles, maintain fluid communication, and ensure good working conditions.
- Participate, with peers from the Games department and under the aegis of the Games Director, in the overall reflection on Ketchapp's editorial strategy and its implementation within the production team.
- In relation with the live ops and editorial team, work to improve the profit of the game catalog allocated to internal Production.
- Produce regular reports for top management (progress, results and analysis, revenue).
- Collaborate with other Ketchapp entities (technical, marketing, and Data teams) and Ubisoft Mobile Games.
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Excellent command of project management tools: Jira, Planner, Miro.
- Strong data analysis skills: proficiency in Power BI.
- Good knowledge of the mobile market and casual sector specificities.
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite).
- Knowledge of the Unity 3D engine is highly appreciated.
Global Skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership skills, with confirmed experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong aptitude for communication and team coordination.
- Good knowledge of the mobile market and in-game monetization methods.
- Ability to unite and create a collaborative work environment.
- Strategic vision and rigorous methodology.
- Ability to challenge existing methods and propose new tools adapted to a constantly evolving market.
- Curiosity and continuous monitoring of sector innovations and technological advancements (especially AI).
- Analytical mind, understanding of P&L constraints, and decision-making ability.
Additional Information
Fixed-term contract position as a replacement for a long-term absence (sabbatical leave). The replaced employee does not intend to return to their position, so the prospects of converting the contract to a permanent contract (CDI) at the end of this first fixed-term contract are high. This subject will be discussed during the first exchange with our recruitment team.
