Job Summary

Senior Producer, LiveOps

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to serve on and elevate our award-winning casual game, Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The Monopoly GO! team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely’s largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end production lifecycle for Monopoly Go’s Live Operations: from planning and tracking to execution and final delivery.
  • Partner closely with the Product Owner to deliver on short and long term development objectives
  • Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, resolve issues before they impact delivery, and manage dependencies across teams.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as player engagement, player retention, and production velocity.
  • Champion continuous process improvement, promoting lean pipelines and strong cross-team communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date task tracking systems (Jira or equivalent) to reflect current sprint and delivery status.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in game production, ideally in live operations within the mobile F2P space.
  • Proven success in managing and shipping live content (reskins, events, features) in fast-paced environments.
  • Track record collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across functions.
  • Expertise in project management: sprint planning, backlog grooming, timeline control, and cross-team coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Trello, or similar.
  • A passion for data-informed decision-making and retention-oriented game design.
  • Highly organized, structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Natural problem-solver who thrives in high-pressure and ambiguous situations.
