Job Summary
Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to work with a leading snack manufacturer. The role involves being the first point of contact for consumers, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries. The advisor will provide professional and detailed responses, maintain knowledge of various brands and products, and follow established processes. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with work-from-home flexibility.
Must Have
- Exceptionally customer-focused
- Ability to communicate fluently in German, both verbally and in writing, and understand market-specific dialects or accents
- Deep and firm understanding of consumer culture in the German market
- Advanced level of English for training
- Computer-literate and able to navigate computer systems
- Committed to resolving customer queries with a solution-driven mindset
- Good telephone manner
- Strong understanding of social media channels and communication best practices
- Excellent soft skills including empathy, active listening, clear communication, providing concise next steps, building rapport, and remaining calm in stressful scenarios

You will be the first point of contact, taking calls, responding to emails, and addressing web enquiries from consumers. You will have your customer service radar switched on and be ready to showcase your excellent communication skills, providing each customer with a professional and detailed response. In this role, you will provide support for a variety of brands and be required to remain knowledgeable on all brands and products, as well as maintain up-to-date knowledge on all the processes to support our consumers

What do you need?
- Exceptionally customer-focused
- Ability to communicate fluently in German, both in verbal and written communication styles, and understand the market-specific dialects or accents
- Deep and firm understanding of consumer culture in the German market
- All training will be completed in English, so an advanced level of the language is required.
- Computer-literate and able to navigate around a computer system
- Committed to resolving customer queries in line with corporate values and brand image, with a solution-driven mindset
- Good telephone manner and strong understanding of social media channels, and familiarity with social communication best practices
- Excellent soft skills, particularly in:
