Hydraulic/Thermotechnical Technician - 2nd Level Technical Support (Fluent Italian Required)

The company is seeking a Hydraulic/Thermotechnical Technician for 2nd Level Technical Support in the Photovoltaic Sector to join the Operations team. This role involves providing technical support to customers and technicians via phone, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.

Must Have

• Provide specialized technical support to Italian customers via video call, assessing the technical feasibility of full electric and hybrid heat pump installations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and plant safety regulations.
• Monitor the operation of installed heat pumps, analyzing data and performance, and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with design and assistance teams to optimize technical solutions and reduce intervention times.
• Manage and coordinate administrative and back-office activities related to technical support and post-installation assistance.
• Technical diploma or degree in Thermotechnical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of practical and verifiable experience as a hydraulic/thermotechnical technician or installer/maintainer of heat pumps.
• Specific skills in installation and configuration of full electric and hybrid heat pumps.
• Specific skills in domestic hydraulic and thermal systems.
• Specific skills in heating and cooling systems.
• Specific skills in integration with photovoltaic and storage systems.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and F-Gas certifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Italian (oral and written).

Qualifications

Main responsibilities:

• Provide specialized technical support to Italian customers via video call, evaluating the technical feasibility of full electric and hybrid heat pump installations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and plant safety regulations.
• Monitor the operation of installed heat pumps, analyzing data and performance, and prepare periodic reports.
• Collaborate with design and assistance teams to optimize technical solutions and reduce intervention times.
• Manage and coordinate administrative and back-office activities related to technical support and post-installation assistance.

Mandatory requirements:

• Technical diploma or degree in Thermotechnical, Mechanical, Energy Engineering or related fields.
• Practical and verifiable experience as a hydraulic/thermotechnical technician or installer/maintainer of heat pumps, gained in at least 1–2 years of activity.
• Specific skills in:
• Installation and configuration of full electric and hybrid heat pumps
• Domestic hydraulic and thermal systems
• Heating and cooling systems
• Integration with photovoltaic and storage systems
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and F-Gas certifications.
