Junior Project Reporting Specialist with German language

Job Summary
Successful candidates will support client engagements Project Management Officer functions through consistent, repeatable processes. Candidates will gain exposure to most of Project Control Services offerings and will help the project manager to administer and operate within different project management areas. This role involves analyzing and interpreting data, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, communicating with project teams, managing project workplans, tracking finances, and supporting project resource management and onboarding.
Must Have
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Focus on details, logical reasoning
- Interest in self-development
- English language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
- German language proficiency at Upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level
- Slovak language proficiency at Mastery level (C2)
- Master or Bachelor Degree

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Analyze and interpret data and present information to support sound business decisions
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
- Communicating with the project team and project counterpart, usually a Project Manager
- Project workplan management support (time actuals update)
- Tracking project finances and preparing inputs for invoice generation
- Covering project resource management
- Onboarding support
WHAT WE EXPECT
- You are able to work in an independent, self-directed manner and to perform equally as well as part of a team
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

From 1 350 EUR/monthAccenture offers a competitive compensation package. As required by the Slovak law we hereby state, that the legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 350 € depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas.
