In this role, you will create and develop innovative learning experiences that support client services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging, effective, and visually compelling training solutions across a variety of learning modalities.

Instructional Designer Responsibilities:
- Combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver engaging, effective, and visually compelling learning solutions.
- Partner with project leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and design effective training solutions.
- Develop instructional materials using the ADDIE model, from concept through delivery.
- Create high-quality digital learning across modalities including ILT, VILT, eLearning, and self-paced programs.
- Build and edit multimedia content using Articulate Storyline/Rise and Camtasia.
- Ensure learning products meet organizational standards for quality, branding, and accessibility.
Instructional Designer Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience applying instructional design principles and adult learning theory to content development.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaborate effectively in both remote and in-person settings.
- Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, NovoEd, or graphic and audio design tools. (preferred)
