This Spring Internship at 3000 Pictures, a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment, offers a unique opportunity for students to work on developing literary material and various projects. Interns will evaluate books/scripts, write coverage, contribute creatively, and support day-to-day operations. The program provides challenging tasks, real-world experience, and networking opportunities, running from January to April 2026, requiring 10-29 hours/week onsite in Culver City, California.

This Spring Internship is from January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 through April 24th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.

3000 Pictures is a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment focused on developing literary material, as well as other various projects. Since the foundation of the label in August 2019, 3000 Pictures has released films such as Where The Crawdads Sing, Lady Chatterley's Lover, as well as the upcoming People We Meet On Vacation and Klara And The Sun.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
