At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales' most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of the systems and equipment mobilize expertise in more than 80 professions in defense, high-tech security, and digital services solutions.
You will join the "Program Management" team of the SOC, under the supervision of a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), whom you will support on the subject of "Consolidation of the SOC service continuous improvement plan" by taking charge of SOC service management and the delivery process.

Your profile:
Are you preparing a Bac+5 degree in Computer Science and looking for a 6-month internship?
Do you have good basics in IT infrastructure (Workstation, servers, network, supervision tickets)?
Are you comfortable with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management)?
Do you have a good understanding of the incident lifecycle, service request, and change (ITIL)?
Do you have notions of service quality, SLA/KPI, and operational reporting?
Are you able to communicate in English orally and in writing?
Team spirit, customer service orientation, rigor, curiosity, and autonomy are strengths you are recognized for?
