Your daily life

By joining us in La Ciotat, you will integrate a site ideally located on the Mediterranean coast, within an international environment bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

The purpose of the internship is to develop and improve tools related to the various functions of the BPA team. This primarily involves reporting tools specific to certain processes: "Engagement Review", performance indicators, and more specific reporting.

By joining us, you will participate in the following missions and will have to:

• Perfect the Engagement Review tool in Power Apps,
• Perfect performance indicator reports under Power BI (Customer Service, Sales Operations),
• Develop the BPA activity monitoring report under Power BI (data quality monitoring, Private Networks),
• Develop an AI-based Chatbot tool linked to Customer Service and Sales Operations functions,
• Carry out detailed and technical writing of the developed tools, including the user guide,
• Provide support for the migration to new tools (Anaplan, Service contract)

Your Profile:

Your priority is to obtain a 6-month internship, at Bac +5 level (mandatory) in the IT field, specialized in Data Science, Business Intelligence or Application Development, Information Systems, Decision-making IT, Data Analytics.

Do you master Power Apps, Power BI, Excel systems, and have knowledge of Machine learning algorithms and their implementation?

Are your synthetic and analytical mind, autonomy, rigor, and organizational sense recognized assets?

Your ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders will require a fluent level of English.

Interactions are with teams such as "Business Efficiency teams" "BPA managers" "Customer Service" "Sales Operations" "BI teams" "IT/IS application teams"
