Are you passionate about people and eager to learn the ins and outs of HR and talent acquisition? Xsolla's HR/Talent Acquisition is looking for dedicated interns to join our Talent Network.

About the Internship: This program offers experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. You’ll help attract and retain top talent while ensuring a positive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and conducting interviews.
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
Help maintain HR records and databases.
Participate in HR projects and events.

REQUIREMENTS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Interest in HR practices and talent management.
