Within the Technical Support department of the AGS (Aviation Global Services) activity, Product Support Engineers (PSE) provide operational support for a specific portfolio of avionics products installed on civil aircraft and helicopters.
They analyze return information from equipment from customers and repair centers, classify the causes of returns, and track repaired or replaced components or cards.
This information is stored in a shared database and widely used for analyzing the behavior of Thales products in operation.
