Job Summary

You will be welcomed into the People Value Services team of Dassault Systèmes SE (DSSE) and Dassault Systèmes Provence (DSP) and will work closely with a dynamic team whose expertise will allow you to acquire HR skills, particularly in the field of personnel administration and the management of apprentice and intern populations. Your missions include managing and administratively tracking personnel files and variable payroll elements, preparing apprenticeship contracts or internship agreements, creating new hire profiles on an HRIS (PeopleSoft), presenting integration sessions, responding to employee requests, and developing and updating dashboards.

Must Have

  • Manage and administratively track personnel files and variable payroll elements (increases, organizational changes, deadline monitoring).
  • Prepare apprenticeship contracts or internship agreements.
  • Create new hire profiles on an HRIS (PeopleSoft).
  • Present integration sessions to new hires.
  • Respond to employee requests for an internal tool.
  • Develop and update dashboards.
  • Work in close collaboration with the School Relations (recruitment) and Payroll teams.
  • Be in direct contact with managers/apprenticeship masters/tutors.
  • Student in a BAC+5 program in business school or university with a specialization in human resources.
  • Seeking a 6-month internship starting from July 2025.
  • Knowledge of an ERP (ideally PeopleSoft, Taleo).
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Ability to communicate in English (written and oral).

Job Description

Your missions

Be the main contact for a population of 650 employees (apprentices and interns) on subjects related to personnel administration. You will thus be part of the employee's life from hiring to departure. For this, you will take on varied missions such as:

  • Managing and administratively tracking personnel files and variable payroll elements (increases, organizational changes, deadline monitoring).
  • Preparing apprenticeship contracts or internship agreements.
  • Creating new hire profiles on an HRIS (PeopleSoft).
  • Presenting integration sessions to new hires.
  • Responding to employee requests for an internal tool.
  • Developing and updating dashboards.
  • You will also work in close collaboration with the School Relations (recruitment) and Payroll teams.

Your qualifications

Student in a BAC+5 program in business school or university with a specialization in human resources, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting from July 2025.

  • Knowledge of an ERP (ideally PeopleSoft, Taleo), good knowledge of labor law.

Contract type: Internship with agreement only
