Job Summary

You will be supporting Employees at all levels of Ringier Axel Springer Polska, solving technical problems on-site and remotely, collaborating with 2nd and 3rd line IT support and other teams. You will be involved in the incident management process, including verifying reported incidents, estimating the scale of the problem, and registering incidents. You will also handle the request fulfillment process, including assigning and revoking access to internal systems, and managing help requests.

Must Have

  • Available to work 40 hours/week.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2).
  • Interest in the broad IT area.
  • Basic knowledge of network systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring various hardware (laptops, mobiles, peripherals).
  • Familiarity with Windows vs MacOS.
  • Not afraid of quick and sudden repair actions.
  • Believes every problem can be solved.
  • Enjoys helping others (editors, salespeople, developers, etc.).
