Frima is looking for an IT Technician for its Information Technology team. Must Have
- Provide technical support for optimal hardware and software operation.
- Deliver quality customer service to meet team needs and challenges.
- Maintain the IT infrastructure and equipment.
- Install and reinstall operating systems and software.
- Document all technical activities in the request management tool.
- Collaborate on resolving complex IT anomalies or problems.
- Manage and update inventories of software, hardware, and IT tools.
- Participate actively in IT department projects and arrangements.
- Possess a DEC in computer science or equivalent training and experience.
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Understand hardware, computer components, and ITIL best practices.
- Possess basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, cloud computing, and Active Directory.
- Be proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
- Be willing to work in a hybrid mode.

Job Description
\*\*\*At Frima, we promote a flexible work model by offering our team members the choice of their work mode. However, given the nature and responsibilities of this particular role, the incumbent will need to be able to work in a hybrid mode.\*\*\*
What your weeks will look like
- Technical support and optimal operation of hardware and software;
- Quality customer service, responding effectively and proactively to the needs and challenges of production teams;
- Maintenance of the IT park;
- Installation/reinstallation of operating systems and software;
- Documentation of all activities in the request management tool;
- Collaboration in resolving more complex anomalies or problems with the manager;
- Management and updating of inventories of software, hardware, as well as various IT tools;
- Eventual management of requested IT arrangements and active participation in department projects;
- All other related tasks supporting the teams from a technological point of view.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- DEC in computer science or equivalent training and experience;
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience for the position;
- Excellent knowledge of operating systems: Windows, MacOS;
- Knowledge of hardware, computer components, and ITIL best practices;
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, cloud computing, and Active Directory;
- Knowledge of French and English (written and oral). English skills are required for the work as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
- Knowledge of technical constraints specific to the video game world (an asset).
