Job Summary

This role requires a hybrid work model. The Executive Producer will be the primary contact for partners, manage contracts, identify new business opportunities, oversee project resources, ensure game quality, and manage the P&L for the co-development unit, reporting financial performance to management. Must Have
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners and establish best practices for strong, long-term relationships.
- Implement tools and processes for effective communication with partners regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the business unit.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Establish success indicators and economic models to evaluate business unit growth and impact.
- Plan required project resources based on expertise needs and project milestones.
- Validate game quality and consistency throughout production with responsible producers and partners.
- Produce and monitor performance indicators for the business unit.
- Develop and manage the P&L of the co-development unit, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Report financial performance and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present investment proposals to management to advance the company's positioning.
- University degree in administration, project management, or related field in video game development.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management in video games or similar.
- Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Producer in the video game industry, preferably in service or co-development studios.
- Proficiency with management tools like Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Excellent command of French and English (written and oral).

Job Description
What your weeks will look like

Qualifications
What we are looking for
- University degree in administration, project management, or other relevant field related to video game development;
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management in the video game industry or a similar field;
- Proven experience in an Executive or Senior Producer role in the video game industry, preferably in service and/or co-development studios;
- Very good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets;
- Ability to travel outside the country as needed;
- Excellent command of French and English (written and oral). English skills are required for the job as we collaborate with English-speaking partners.
