INTERNSHIP – User Request Support - DELMIA (M/F)

The DELMIA R&D Support (L2) team is looking for its future intern to help us improve our proactivity in order to better respond to our customers' issues.

The team is composed of collaborators in India (Pune), France (Lille, Vélizy and Montpellier) and the United States (Detroit).

The internship is ideally located in Villeneuve d'Ascq (59).

Your missions

• Provide proactive and reactive technical support to clients to resolve technical problems and improve their user experience.
• Collaborate with the technical support/development team to identify and resolve recurring problems and improve troubleshooting processes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to products (in collaboration with the existing WW team).
• Document problems and solutions to improve the knowledge base.
• Participate in the implementation of proactive solutions to prevent technical problems.

Your qualifications

Student in a BAC+5 engineering school or university program specialized in computer science, information technologies or a related field, you are looking for a 6-month internship.

• Knowledge in computer science and information technologies.
• Knowledge of DASSAULT SYSTEMES products, especially DELMIA, would be an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

• Sense of organization and planning.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Contract type: Conventioned internship only
