Intune Administrator

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire an Intune Administrator for a leading national healthcare and research organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-driven team focused on innovation, operational excellence, and mobile device security. This is a 1-year contract opportunity and is mostly remote, with occasional travel to Jacksonville, FL required.

Intune Administrator Responsibilities:

• Review and optimize Intune system settings for streamlined mobile device management.

• Create, manage, and maintain mobile configurations, app configurations, enrollment profiles, and application assignments.

• Configure and support mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.

• Utilize PowerShell to automate and support configuration management tasks.

• Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure system performance and issue resolution.

• Assist with Microsoft Conditional Access configuration (preferred).

• Provide guidance on mobile Office application troubleshooting.

Intune Administrator Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Intune Administrator or in a similar role.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune Admin Console.

• Expertise in mobile device management (iOS & Android).

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office troubleshooting for desktop and mobile (preferred).

• Conditional Access knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field OR

• Associate degree + 3 years of IT experience OR

• High school diploma + 5 years of IT experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
