Job Description
- Generative AI, Agentic AI, or chatbot product experience.
- Healthcare industry background.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams for design, development, and integration of product solutions.
- Perform cost-benefit and risk analyses to guide product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams as the product owner throughout the lifecycle.
- Evaluate vended solution architectures and ensure smooth technical integration.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement.
- Support project documentation, deliverables, and deployment coordination.
- Apply systems engineering and agile methodologies across all phases.
- 5+ years of relevant technical product ownership experience.
- Proven experience leading agile teams and delivering complex technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of data workflows, APIs, and integration methods.
- Scrum Product Owner Certification (required within 1 year).

- Generative AI, Agentic AI, or chatbot product experience (preferred).
- Healthcare industry background (preferred).
- Familiarity with EPIC API or healthcare data systems (preferred).
