IP Product Design Supervisor - IP Development

Responsible for the company's product design work, ensuring the quality of design deliverables including theme creativity, cultural and creative merchandise, and offline materials. Develop product series concepts, planning, design, and supervision based on game style and market trends. Collaborate with demand teams to propose and implement solutions, build image libraries, and explore different styles. Monitor market trends and lead the team in research to improve work efficiency.

Must Have

• Precisely control design product delivery quality (theme creativity, merchandise, offline materials)
• Conceive, plan, design, and supervise product series creativity based on game style and market trends
• Communicate closely with demand teams to propose and implement design solutions
• Build image libraries and explore different design styles
• Continuously monitor market trends and lead the team in active research
• Organize and coordinate design tasks for team members, establish efficient workflows
• Over 5 years of design experience
• Familiar with cultural and creative products and trendy toys
• Capable of design styles matching the company's IP, understand and love female-oriented IP
• Possess good aesthetic and visual expression abilities
• Proficient in mainstream design software such as PS, AI
• Good team communication, collaboration, and management skills

Job Description

1. Responsible for the company's product design work, precisely controlling the delivery quality of design products, including but not limited to: theme creativity, cultural and creative merchandise, offline materials.

2. Based on the company's game style positioning and market popular trends, conceive, plan, design, and supervise product series creativity.

3. Communicate closely with demand teams, actively think of matching solutions for different needs, and promote their implementation.

4. Build image libraries and explore different styles.

5. Continuously monitor market popular trends, lead the team in active research and output valuable research materials.

6. Organize and coordinate the design tasks of each team member, establish reasonable design task working methods and processes, and improve work efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in art or design related major, over 5 years of design experience, over 2 years of experience in this position preferred.

2. Familiar with cultural and creative products and trendy toys, capable of design styles matching the company's IP, understand and love female-oriented IP.

3. Possess good aesthetic and visual expression abilities, solid professional foundation, proficient in mainstream design software such as PS, AI. 3D experience/hand-drawing experience preferred.

4. Possess good team communication, collaboration, and management skills.

5. Previous experience in product series development and female-oriented IP design preferred.
