If so, you’d be a perfect fit for the IT & Facilities Operations Specialist role we currently have available at Team Liquid.

As the IT & Facilities Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing world-class IT services while ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Your tasks will include managing IT documentation, resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendors for installations, and maintaining network security. On the facilities side, you'll handle accommodation reservations, optimize physical spaces, and assist with event activities. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment, directly impacting the success of our team.

Location: São Paulo, BR. Candidates are required to be located in São Paulo, BR, or have the ability to commute to the office daily.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • IT Services:
    • Manage and maintain IT documentation, including service logs and system inventory.
    • Resolve IT issues, install hardware and software solutions, and act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with vendors for installations, new-hire setups, and handle system maintenance, including network setup and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls.
    • Perform computer system maintenance, service reports, and clean OS installations with standard configurations.
    • Ensure data privacy compliance and maintain network security.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Facilities Services:
    • Assist with accommodation reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
    • Organize physical space layout and utilization, enhancing efficiency and guest comfort.
    • Identify and implement facility operation improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Assist with IT and facilities event activities and help plan and execute office events.
    • Address and resolve facilities-related issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project management role with a focus on hardware and software installation and solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT, computer hardware, and software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, configuring, and debugging computer and network issues.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Suite products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record of implementing data privacy regulations, including breach notification requirements.
  • Strong skills to work closely with others and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation and building management.
  • Skills in budgeting, process optimization, and efficiency enhancement.
  • Proven experience in waste management and space optimization.

This is a position with a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) type of contract.
