Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion in graphic, visual concepts, and design? Team Liquid Philippines is looking for a Graphic Designer to bringing visual concepts to life across a variety of digital platforms.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing, and Content, you'll work closely  with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to develop engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer for Team Liquid Philippines plays a key role in creating compelling visual content that reinforces Team Liquid Philippines’ brand identity, marketing campaigns, esports initiatives, and community engagement. This role works closely with the Brand, Marketing & Content team to produce creative assets for digital and print use, ensuring visual consistency and high-impact design across all channels.

What You'll Do:

• Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, promotional banners, posters, merchandise visuals, event branding, and more.
• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Contribute to campaign development with fresh, engaging, and on-brand visual ideas.
• Ensure consistency in visual storytelling, typography, and graphic elements aligned with Team Liquid’s global brand guidelines.
• Prepare assets for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), ensuring proper formatting and resolution.
• Assist in developing and updating design templates for recurring campaigns and content formats.
• Stay current with esports, gaming, and design trends to keep creative output relevant and compelling.
• Maintain an organized asset library and adhere to file naming/version control best practices.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within digital marketing, esports, entertainment, or media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and campaign experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent visual communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with esports and gaming culture is a plus.
