Responsibilities include guiding the production team, managing timelines and resources, ensuring quality standards, tracking content performance, overseeing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with other departments to align production efforts with overall campaign goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in content production, creative direction, or media project management, preferably in the digital marketing or esports industries.

Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for brand, marketing, and content? Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a BMC Producer to provide direction and assist the production team, ensuring effective coordination of timelines, resources, and quality standards.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Marketing, and Content, you'll work closely with the creative, marketing, and data teams to ensure production efforts align with overall campaign goals.

Job Purpose

The Producer is accountable for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the production of engaging video content for Team Liquid Indonesia. This role focuses on guiding the creative vision, managing a high-performing production team, and ensuring content aligns with brand goals while meeting quality standards and resource constraints. The Producer works closely with various departments to deliver impactful content for esports and business development initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Work with the internal team to create engaging video concepts that generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop content ideas for the esports team that captivate and grow the fanbase while aligning with brand goals and values.
  • Guide and coach the production team, ensuring efficient management of timelines, resources, and quality standards.
  • Encourage a helpful and inventive environment, motivating team members to explore creative ideas and solutions.
  • Establish and uphold quality standards for all content, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and brand values.
  • Track and review content performance, adjusting production processes to improve engagement and maintain high standards.
  • Oversee production budgets effectively, ensuring resources are distributed appropriately to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and streamline resource use to stay within budget while achieving excellent results.
  • Work alongside creative, marketing, and data teams to ensure production efforts align with overall campaign goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in content production, creative direction, or media project management, preferably within the digital marketing or eSports industries.
  • Extensive experience in a production role, preferably in content creation or media.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale production projects and overseeing high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Creative vision balanced with a focus on efficient, quality-focused production processes.
