职位描述

1.负责日常直播工作，完成直播场次及时长； 2.全英文直播讲解公司游戏，与粉丝互动、答疑，保持良好直播氛围和场观，引导粉丝下载公司游戏； 3.参与直播复盘，主动总结直播情况，分析直播数据，配合运营做好直播优化，提升直播各项数据； 4.输出有创意的点子，不断优化迭代直播内容，保证直播间在线和场观； 5.配合账号测试及短视频拍摄；

职位要求

1.英语六级以上，语感好，口语流利，能用英语与粉丝观众无障碍交流； 2.性格活泼，善于沟通表达和调动对话氛围。热爱新媒体事业，且对海外直播有浓厚的兴趣； 3.抗压能力较强，有较好的临场应变能力，且具备高度执行力； 4.了解海外文化和流行趋势，有海外留学经验者及有海外直播工作经历者优先； 5.会西语、葡萄牙语等小语种者优先；
