As the Social Media Manager (CS), EU, you’ll oversee content creation, community engagement, and storytelling across Team Liquid’s social platforms, driving fan engagement and enhancing our team’s online presence.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create Engaging Content
  • Plan, schedule, and post content for Team Liquid’s main and Counter-Strike social media platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, LinkedIn).
  • Film, edit, and produce short-form videos (highlights, behind-the-scenes, memes, etc.) to engage our audience.
  • Develop creative content aligned with trends and team events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life and create engaging campaigns.
• Build Community Engagement
  • Build meaningful relationships with fans and the esports community, enhancing engagement on social platforms.
  • Identify and engage superfans, creating strategies to keep them involved and engaged.
  • Propose creative strategies to increase fan interaction and build a thriving digital community.
• Tell Our Story
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop narrative-focused content around key moments (player signings, tournament wins, etc.).
  • Align content with Team Liquid’s broader marketing and branding goals.
  • Develop campaigns that reflect and communicate Team Liquid’s story across platforms.
• Achieve Results
  • Examine performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Work with marketing and creative teams to align content with broader team promotions and events.

What You'll Need: 

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and community engagement.
• Genuine interest in esports and strong familiarity with Counter-Strike and its community.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in creating short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to experiment with trends, memes, and formats.
• Ability to travel internationally (up to 50% travel).
• Fluent in English.

You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have:

• Examples of successful short-form content you’ve created and edited.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva).
• Knowledge of esports and gaming industry trends.
• Experience in community management or esports content creation.
• Familiarity with performance-tracking tools for social media.

Additional Information:

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to assist event coverage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally for events (up to 50%).
