As a Project Manager at HitBerry Games, you will work with a passionate team in the gaming industry. You will be responsible for overseeing game projects from inception to launch, developing project plans, ensuring successful execution, leading and motivating the team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, monitoring project budgets, and assessing project performance. HitBerry Games is looking for driven and passionate individuals who want to make their mark in game development.

Location: Full-time, permanently remote (global)

Required Skills:

  1. Project Management: Minimum two years of experience in the gaming industry, driving game development projects from concept to launch.

  2. Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving project goals and successful delivery.

  3. Team Collaboration: Effective teamwork and driving results collectively.

  4. Organizational Skills: Excellent project management and timeline management.

  5. Programming (Bonus): Bonus points for programming skills and experience in developing games.

  6. Game Design (Bonus): Additional advantage for game design skills and a deep understanding of UX principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee game projects from inception to launch.
