Job Description

As an IVVQ Sensor Manager, you will join a developing team within the Optronics and Missile Electronics entity, focusing on future optronic products for various clients and countries. Your role involves defining IVVQ strategy, planning and piloting integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities. You will lead IVVQ resources, contribute to activities, manage equipment configurations, deploy engineering initiatives, and support production and technical issue resolution.
Must Have:
  • Define the IVVQ strategy and associated test means.
  • Plan and pilot IVVQ activities: integration, verification of conformity to requirements, validation against operational scenarios, functional and environmental qualification.
  • Lead and unite IVVQ resources around challenges, strategy, and objectives.
  • Contribute to IVVQ activities.
  • Master the HW and SW configurations of equipment and test means.
  • Manage, allocate, and maintain the fleet of materials used in development.
  • Deploy engineering initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of IVVQ practices and means with capitalization.
  • Contribute to Production Support and Resolution of technical issues.
  • Minimum 5 years experience on complex systems.
  • Ability to work with tools.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Proactive, proposal-driven, and strong decision-making support.
  • Ability to plan activities and manage priorities to meet milestones.
  • Good leadership to dynamically lead a team.
  • Analytical skills and synthetic mind.

The context:

Within the Optronics and Missile Electronics entity, you will join the Technical Competence Center whose transverse scope covers all technical disciplines for the development and production programs of airborne, terrestrial, naval and missile electronics products for the French & Export markets.

Your missions:

  • Define the IVVQ strategy and associated test means
  • Plan and pilot IVVQ activities: integration, verification of conformity to requirements, validation against operational scenarios, functional and environmental qualification,
  • Lead and unite IVVQ resources around challenges, strategy and objectives,
  • Contribute to IVVQ activities,
  • Master the HW and SW configurations of equipment and test means,
