YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about finance? We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team.

What You Will Do:

  • Process electronic bank statements and manage cash allocation/dispute resolution
  • Execute credit control activities including dunning and value adjustments/write-offs
  • Maintain customer accounts and handle periodic closing activities
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Deliver services in compliance with Covestro policies and procedures
  • Monitor and achieve established service level agreements and KPIs
  • Contribute to process documentation and updates
  • Handle ad-hoc financial requests

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in accounting or business
  • Approximately 0-2 years of experience in the area of Accounting.
  • Some experience in Accounts Receivable processes in a complex and international business environment of advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting end-to-end processes.
  • Good communication skills
  • Business proficient English
