Quality Controller

The Quality Controller performs checks on compliance with technological procedures and parameters, monitors good manufacturing and hygiene practices, identifies non-conformities, and participates in problem resolution. They are responsible for final inspection and product release, sampling, and other control processes like complaint handling and laboratory analyses.

Must Have

• Perform control of compliance with technological procedures and parameters according to product control plans.
• Control adherence to good manufacturing and hygiene practices according to the checklist.
• Inform the competent person in case of non-conformities and participate in problem resolution.
• Responsible for performing final inspection and releasing products to the market.
• Perform sampling according to the developed plan within in-process control.
• Perform other control processes (complaints, laboratory analyses, control baking).
• Perform measurement of product losses during baking and record results.
• Prepare samples from production for in-process and final control.
• Prepare samples from distributors for evaluation.
• Advanced Hungarian language skills (C1).
• Advanced Slovak language skills (C1).
• Accuracy.

• performs control of compliance with technological procedures and parameters according to the developed product control plans,
• controls adherence to the principles of good manufacturing and hygiene practice according to the checklist,
• in case of detected non-conformities or unsatisfactory parameters, informs the competent person and participates in problem resolution,
• is responsible for performing final inspection and releasing products to the market,
• performs sampling according to the developed plan within in-process control
• performs other control processes (complaints, laboratory analyses, control baking)
• performs measurement of product losses during baking and records results
• prepares samples from production for in-process and final control
• prepares samples from distributors for evaluation
