Do you want to be one of the faces of a hugely popular online survival game? 

 

As a Junior Community Manager on SCUM, you will build and foster a community of players via various social platforms including Discord, X (Formerly Twitter), Steam and more. 

 

Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, you will work closely with them to bring the players more deeply into the development process and be a voice of the community to the development team and vice-versa so players keep coming back to be involved in the growth and continued improvement of the game they love. 

   

What you’ll be doing: 

  

  • Work in close collaboration with the Senior Community Manager to build up communities on social platforms. 
  • Create compelling content and bring ideas to the table with community engagement in mind.  
  • Supply feedback from the community to the development team and respond to the community accordingly, keeping them involved in the continuous development process of the game. 
  • Become a subject matter expert on SCUM and keep up to date with the development process.  
  • Explaining & announcing game features and updates to the community. 
  • Enforce community guidelines and rules on all our platforms. 

  

What we’re looking for: 

  

  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal. 
  • Experience in event planning both online and in-person. 
  • Proven experience of working and collaborating with a team. 
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, communities and the differences between them. 
  • Knowledge of social media trends.
