Your tasks will include:
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data related to compensation policies of companies worldwide
- Resolving urgent ad hoc inquiries and data analysis
- Collaborating with analysts in Warsaw, as well as from other Mercer offices worldwide
- Preparing presentations and reports on compensation and compensation policies for our clients
- Effective communication with all stakeholders
You will need:
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, a natural inclination for working with data, and attention to detail
- You should feel comfortable working in English and Polish
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (especially MS Excel and MS Word - if you decide to apply, you should feel comfortable working with pivot tables, vlookups, and also know how to use some of the most popular Excel formulas)
- Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, flexible working hours from 8:00-10:00 to 16:00-18:00 - working hours will be adjusted to your needs and agreed with your supervisor)
