Marsh McLennan is looking to hire a motivated UAE National Graduate Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you are eager to start your career in engineering, with exposure to clients and assets across the Middle East and beyond, we encourage you to apply.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support engineering projects.
- Apply your knowledge of chemical or mechanical engineering principles in practical settings.
- Participate in the design, analysis, and optimization of engineering processes.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Provide analytical services to our clients to support their risk management practices
What you need to have:
- Recent graduate in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant industry experience through internships or placements within heavy industries (including oil and gas, refining, petrochemicals, metals, chemicals etc.)
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi and flexible to attend the office.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with engineering software and the standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
