##### WHAT YOU DO

• As a Junior Design Manager (all genders), you openly, curiously, and confidently support the transfer of creative concepts through technical development into sustainable, global retail campaigns.
• Your tasks include supporting projects in the Point of Sale area – from conception, creation, and visualization to construction, technical drawings, and realization support.
• You will be in close, interdisciplinary exchange with the project teams, sourcing, prototyping, and production.
• You will support on-site installations if required.

##### WHO YOU ARE

• You have a degree in industrial design, product design, or a similar design-related field.
• First professional experience in 3D design, ideally including prototyping and production.
• You bring passion for design, innovation, and technological trends.
• You work in a structured, hands-on manner and communicate confidently in German and English.
• Knowledge in at least one of these CAD software programs: Rhinoceros or SolidWorks.
• Additional skills for rendering programs like Keyshot are a plus.
