We are looking for you as an Accounting Assistant (m/f/d) part-time (15–20 hours) to ensure happiness and smooth operations in our award-winning design office in the creative heart of Frankfurt.

LIGANOVA HORIZON is a digital marketing agency for brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Opel and SCHOTT (SCHAEFFLER, adidas, etc.) and part of the LIGANOVA GROUP.

WHAT YOU DO

• As an Accounting Assistant (part-time), you are responsible for preparatory accounting based on income and expenses. (On-site or 60:40)
• You are in regular exchange with external financial accounting and ensure smooth communication regarding business cases.
• In the team, you are responsible for clarifying accounting questions in coordination with our project managers.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have experience in accounting.
• You may have gained initial experience (in an advertising/creative agency).
• You are a smart mind with a preference for numbers, and yet you have your heart in the right place.
• You are assertive, think and act service-oriented, with attention to detail.
• You have good communication skills and work reliably and discreetly.
• You master Office programs in your sleep and have experience with Datev.
• Your German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are good.
