Job Description
- Gathering and organizing all necessary documents and supporting materials for submitting bids in public tenders.
- Communicating and collaborating with internal teams and external partners for the preparation and submission of bids.
- Ensuring timely and correct submission of bid files, in accordance with tender requirements and legislation.
- Checking and editing the final bid file to meet all conditions and be competitive.
- Ensuring compliance with tender regulations and specifications.
- Maintaining and managing files with supporting documents and bid documents for future use.
Qualifications
- Law Degree
- Interest in public procurement law and tender procedures.
- Ability to organize, accuracy, and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good knowledge of English language (written and oral).
- Ability to work in a team and willingness for continuous training.
