Junior Platform Support Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Platform Support Specialist to join our team in Brno. This role involves managing projects on online distribution platforms, collaborating with development teams to find information and solve problems, and addressing issues in the publishing process. You will also create and manage technical documentation, monitor industry news, and communicate with platform representatives, as well as manage developer hardware and project updates.

Job Description

• Management of our projects on all online distribution platforms
• Cooperation with development teams, searching for information and solving problems according to their requirements
• Solving questions and problems within the publishing process, creating and managing technical documentation and helping development teams with its interpretation
• Monitoring news, changes and new requirements from our partners, documenting them and subsequently familiarizing relevant teams with them
• Communication with representatives of individual platforms
• Management and inventory of developer hardware
• Publishing/updating our projects
