Job Description

The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for evaluating potential clients to determine their interest and needs for the company's services. This involves market research, prospecting through emails and LinkedIn, and scheduling presentations for the sales team. The SDR will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and manage client data in a CRM system.

About the Role

The Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for evaluating leads (potential clients) to determine their level of interest, needs, and suitability for the services offered by the company. After the client is engaged for a meeting with the sales team, the SDR representative must provide the salesperson with relevant information for the presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.
  • Client Prospecting: Use prospecting techniques to identify potential clients and initiate the sales process through emails and messages.
  • Initial Contact: Use platforms like LinkedIn and emails to assess client interest in promoting innovation.
  • Scheduling Presentations: Ensure the sales team meets with the client to continue the process, defining time and place.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the full sales process.
  • CRM Management: Store data and information about prospects and generated deals in our customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Requirements

  • Higher education in areas such as business, international relations, foreign trade, administration, marketing, or engineering.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Presentations, Meet, Calendar, etc).
  • Knowledge of a CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of games and the technology behind them.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
  • Interest in the digital games industry.
  • Residency in Brazil.
