FreePlay is expanding its team and seeking a Junior User Acquisition Manager to enhance current results. This role involves creating and launching ad campaigns for mobile games (hypercasual and hybridcasual), developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs, communicating with partners, and collaborating with creative, product, analytics, and monetization teams.
Must Have:- 1+ year of experience in gamedev
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher
- Experience managing traffic in Meta, Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, Mintegral, Google Ads
- Solid knowledge of core marketing metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
