Job Summary
FreePlay is expanding its team and seeking a Data Scientist to improve current results and achieve new heights. The role involves developing and training ML models for LTV prediction, analyzing game and marketing data to identify player segments and growth drivers, designing and interpreting A/B tests, and generating hypotheses to improve product monetization. The Data Scientist will collaborate with product, marketing, and monetization teams.
Must Have
- Developing and training ML models to predict LTV (and layer other key metrics).
- Analyzing game and marketing data, identifying player segments, patterns, and growth drivers.
- Designing, maintaining, and interpreting A/B tests.
- Generating hypotheses, validating them, and proposing new ideas to improve the product and its monetization.
- Collaborating with product, marketing, monetization teams.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in Data Science in mobile analytics.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SciPy, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills (complex queries, window functions, CTEs).
- Sound knowledge of statistics (A/B testing).
- Experience building ML models (predictions, classifications) for LTV forecasting.
- Understanding of mobile attribution processes and event structures (AppsFlyer, AppLovin MAX).
