This role involves working within the 'Payment Methods' product pole, specifically the 'Monetics, Check, Fiduciary and Automates' Tribe, which develops and maintains IT payment products for regional banks. The Business Analyst will gather user needs, elaborate functional responses for the 'Commerces' product, write user stories, test scenarios, and provide level 2 support. The position requires promoting the link between banking business and IT, contributing to product vision, and optimizing delivered value.
Must have:
  • Interact with User Pole for needs gathering.
  • Elaborate functional response for business needs on "Commerces" product.
  • Write User Stories and Epics.
  • Write permanent product documentation and change management support.
  • Write test scenarios and test plans (XRay).
  • Execute acceptance and non-regression tests.
  • Configure the software package.
  • Provide Level 2 support to Regional Banks.
  • Promote the banking business/IT link throughout the Product Life Cycle.
  • Contribute to prospective vision and optimize delivered value.
  • Be a functional contact for "Acquirer Payment Systems" within the Squad.
Good to have:
  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, information systems, project management, or engineering school.
  • Comfortable with Agile environments and tools like Jira, XRay, Story Mapping.

Job Description

Our client is responsible for the IT (maintenance, development) of its Regional Banks' network.

Within a product pole called "Payment Methods", the Monetics, Check, Fiduciary and Automates Tribe manufactures and maintains IT payment products for Bank Cards (physical and digital), Merchants, Checks and Fiduciary, compliant with the state of the art and regulatory obligations, reliable, available, robust, secure and performing for the benefit of regional banks and their clients.

As part of the mission:

  • Interact with the User Pole for needs gathering.
  • Elaborate as a team a functional response to the business need of regional banks on the "Commerces" Product (Acquirer Payment Systems).
  • Write stories (User Stories) and features (Epics).
  • Write permanent product documentation and change management support.
  • Write test scenarios and test plans (XRay).
  • Execute acceptance and non-regression tests.
  • Perform software package configuration.
  • Provide "Level 2" support to Regional Banks.

Throughout the Product Life Cycle, you will promote the banking business/IT link.

You will contribute to the prospective vision for your product(s) and optimize the value delivered by fostering the overall coherence of the team's work and participating in priority choices in line with its ecosystem.

Be one of the functional contacts "Acquirer Payment Systems" of the Squad.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of payment systems.
  • Comfortable with Agile environments / management tools: Jira, XRay.
  • Story Mapping, functional tests, story writing, refinement, needs breakdown.

Additional Information

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, information systems, project management or engineering school.
  • Comfortable with Agile environments / management tools: Jira, XRay, Story Mapping.
  • Required experience: recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • A specialization in payment systems, payment methods or digital is necessary.
  • Good level of English required.
  • Contract: CDI (Permanent contract) or to be agreed.
  • Salary max: 33-40K€.
  • Location: Vannes (56), 3 days on-site / 2 days remote work.
  • Necessity to reside in Vannes or its surroundings (examples: Lorient, Rennes south, St Nazaire, St Herblain) --> mandatory prerequisite to join the mission.
