Specialist - Business Analysis

This role is for a Specialist - Business Analysis, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst. Must Have

• Minimum 5 years experience as TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including key processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for form building
• Technical proficiency in SQL for data validation, conditional logic, and data extraction
• Basic knowledge of HTML markup language for customizing question presentation
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team and serve as a Super User
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience participating in Agile ceremonies
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for requirements management and project tracking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for iterative development cycles
