Job Description

The Analytics Analyst ECS role at Experian involves descriptive and predictive analysis, KPI tracking, and generating insights for data-driven decision-making within the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) product and analytics team. This position focuses on managing and analyzing ECS data, creating dashboards, segmenting databases, tracking product funnels, and presenting data-based conclusions and recommendations to help users manage their financial lives and access credit opportunities.

Job Description

ECS (Experian Consumer Services) is the area responsible for bringing DataCrédito closer to individuals through our portals and products, where our users can learn about and manage their financial lives, as well as access debt resolution opportunities and credit options that our partners create specifically for them, taking into account their financial reality.

Within our Product & Analytics Management, the Analytics area is responsible for the management and analysis of ECS data across all other managements, mainly through descriptive statistics, visualizations, KPI tracking, and the generation of insights for decision-making.

Purpose of the position:

The role must be responsible for descriptive and predictive analyses, as well as tracking business indicators and product results. For this, it is important that they can build and monitor indicators, in addition to generating intuitive visualizations that allow decision-making within a data-driven culture.

Deliverables:

1. Dashboards in Power BI for indicator tracking.

2. Segmentation and loading of databases depending on product needs.

3. Analysis and tracking of funnels for different products.

4. Presentations with conclusions and recommendations based on data.

Responsibilities of the position:

1. Data cleaning, extraction, and analysis.

2. Results analysis and KPI tracking.

3. Generation of KPI-based alerts for decision-making or process review.

4. Ensuring that the data delivered is consistent and of quality.

5. Creation, maintenance, and tracking of dashboards in Power BI.

6. Presentation of analyses in determined meetings.

Qualifications

  • Management of NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
  • Data visualization (Power BI)
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or statistical programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning desirable.
