Job Summary
The E-commerce Key Account Manager drives e-Commerce sales and business growth in Central Asia, focusing on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. This role involves creating and implementing sales plans, executing digital shelf and activations, and partnering with e-retailers and marketplaces. Responsibilities include E2E channel management, building relationships, maximizing sales conversion, and leading joint business planning with key e-commerce customers.
Must Have
- E2E responsibility for ecommerce channel in Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as priority markets)
- Building credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s growth strategy is implemented.
- Implementing solutions for maximizing sales conversion to unlock incremental growth in priority markets.
- Creating and executing e-commerce sales and activation plans based on product and channel specific market analysis
- Researching and implementing tools and opportunities to drive Haleon brand awareness, visibility and consideration metrics (e.g. Retail Media, online brand building tools) in eCommerce channel
- Designing and leading implementation of comprehensive e-commerce data collection platform to analyze sales data and adjust taken actions
- Leading joint business planning process with the key e-commerce customers.

About the role:
E-commerce Key Account Manager plays a key role to drive e-Commerce sales and business growth in Central Asia. In this role you will drive sales plan creation and implementation, digital shelf & digital activations execution, partnering with key e-retailers and marketplaces in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
Your Day to Day:
- E2E responsibility for ecommerce channel in Central Asia (Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan as priority markets)
- Buiding credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s growth strategy is implemented.
- Implementing solutions for maximizing sales conversion to unlock incremental growth in priority markets.
- Creating and executing e-commerce sales and activation plans based on product and channel specific market analysis
- Reaarching and implementing tools and opportunities to drive Haleon brand awareness, visibility and consideration metrics (e.g. Retail Media, online brand building tools) in eCommerce channel
- Desiging and leading implementation of comprehensive e-commerce data collection platform to analyze sales data and adjust taken actions
- Leading joint business planning process with the key e-commerce customers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in developing e-commerce Sales Management
- Deep understanding of multiple e-commerce channels (e-pharmacy customers, e-retailers, Marketplaces,Qcommerce and Pure Players), their role, current e-commerce trends and shopper behaviors
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Winning sales skills: strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, account strategy, negotiation, influence, communication
- Proven skills to manage a high degree of complexity.
- Ability to find solutions and move things forward.
- Results driven, resilient, problem solving and decision making.
- Experience in FMCG and/or Pharmacy channels or marketplaces.
