Key Client Executive (m/w/d) Industrial Insurance

Marsh, the world's leading industrial insurance broker and risk advisor, is seeking a Key Client Executive for its Berlin or Leipzig office. This role involves managing assigned client portfolios, supporting the expansion of business with international industrial clients (over 100 million Euro turnover), coordinating between clients and specialist departments, and assisting clients in claims negotiations. What defines the position:

• You are responsible for managing your assigned client portfolio
• You support our international industrial clients (over 100 million Euro turnover) and assist in expanding our business
• You manage the coordination between our clients and the individual specialist departments
• You accompany your clients in claims negotiations

What defines you:

• Business administration training with a focus on insurance and/or several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in customer service, acquired at an insurance broker and/or insurer
• In-depth insurance knowledge and specialized knowledge in one of the main industrial insurance sectors
• Fluent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• You work efficiently and reliably and possess analytical skills and strong communication skills
