Job Description

Aptiv is seeking a Lab Process Technician to join their team in Tanger-Assilah, Morocco. This full-time role involves running various validations (Crimp, Splice, Sealing, Cable & Soldering) in the CME Lab, providing process training, supporting SOPs for new processes, and testing new equipment. The technician will also perform preventive maintenance, search for solutions on new processes, and handle cable and terminal test releases, requiring knowledge of chemical handling and waste management circuits.
Must Have:
  • Run Crimp / Splice / Sealing / Cable & Soldering validations on CME Lab
  • Provide training on specific processes
  • Support SOP of new Processes on the plants
  • Test new equipment for capability analysis
  • Make preventive maintenance on CME equipment / facilities according to procedures
  • Run CME equipment for CME Lab activities
  • Take active part in searching for solutions on new processes
  • Perform new cable and terminal test release process
  • Knowledge of the requirements of handling and storage of chemicals
  • Knowledge of circuits for collection and storage of waste
  • Specific training in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • +1 year of experience in Lab Process
  • Knowledge in Lab Process
