Job Summary
Legal at PwC Poland is a team of legal experts specializing in M&A, IP, White Collar Crime, real estate law, banking law, and litigation. They provide comprehensive legal services to clients from Poland and around the world, utilizing modern technologies. The team also engages in New Law activities, advising other legal teams on Legal Tech and process optimization/digitalization. This role is for a Lawyer in the Company Law and Commercial Law Practice, involving participation in commercial transaction projects, preparing legal documents, providing corporate advice, identifying and solving legal problems, and supporting transactional projects with an investment element.
Must Have
- Participation in commercial transaction projects within capital group reorganizations.
- Preparation of draft documents for clients (shareholder agreements, share sale agreements, transformation plans, mergers, divisions, civil law contracts, corporate resolutions, registration applications).
- Ongoing corporate service and advice for clients (international corporations and local entrepreneurs).
- Identifying and solving legal problems during projects (participation in client meetings, developing reorganization scenarios, identifying sensitive areas).
- Participation in transactional projects with an investment element (due diligence, support in company/asset sale/acquisition processes).
- Minimum two years of professional experience in a law firm in company law and commercial law.
- Practical experience in corporate reorganization processes and in civil and commercial law.
- Excellent knowledge of company law, commercial law, civil law, and contracts.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, including legal terminology.

We are looking for a Lawyer for the Company Law and Commercial Law Practice to join our team.
Your future role:
- Participation in commercial transaction projects within capital group reorganizations.

- Have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a law firm in the field of company law and commercial law.
- Possess practical experience in corporate reorganization processes and in civil and commercial law.
- Have excellent knowledge of company law, commercial law, civil law, and contracts (knowledge of new technologies law is a plus).
- Are fluent in English, both spoken and written, including legal terminology.
- Are characterized by independence, reliability, responsibility, and commitment.
- Are able to work in a team and build and maintain client relationships.
